Royal Turbine specializes in the manufacturing, repair, and calibration of diaphragm
seals and capillary systems for all types of pressure and differential pressure transmitters.
With an advanced pressure calibration facility, our workshop provides full oil filling, venting,
and final calibration services for a wide range of diaphragm seal assemblies, ensuring
accuracy, reliability, and long service life.

Our Capabilities

  • Complete manufacturing and rebuilding of diaphragm seals using high-grade materials such as Stainless Steel (SS316L), Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy, suitable for corrosive and high-temperature applications.
  • Fabrication and repair of capillary systems (remote seal assemblies) for gauge, differential, and level transmitters with custom lengths and process-compatible tubing.
  • Supply and integration of flanged, threaded, and flush-mount diaphragm seals, as well as flushing rings and spacers according to process requirements.
  • Vacuum filling and degassing of system oil (silicone, glycerin, halocarbon, Syltherm® fluids, etc.) to ensure no trapped gas or air bubbles remain in the system.
  • Full pressure calibration and leak testing of transmitter assemblies after manufacturing or repair, with traceable calibration certificates.
  • One-year performance warranty for all repaired or newly manufactured diaphragm seal systems.
